Homemade Pot Pie
Puff pastry (available at most supermarkets)
– 2 Cups chicken, turkey, any protein
– 2 Cups mirepoix (diced carrot, celery and onion)
– 1 Cup diced Yukon potatoes
– 1/4 cup chicken stock
– 1 cup gravy
Cook at 350 degrees 10-12 minutes, until puff pastry is lightly browned and fluffy. Let cool before serving.
